"Zip" file instructions
If you have chosen to download the "zip" file then you will need a third party application such as WinZip® in order to extract the setup from the file.
Installation instructions
Locate the folder that contains the downloaded setup file eTGTerminal_1.5.110_Setup.exe and double-click the file eTGTerminal_1.5.110_Setup.exe to launch the setup.
Installing eTGTerminal is simple; in most cases you can accept the default
response suggested by the Installer. You may evaluate eTG
Terminal free of charge for 14 days and connect to the
Galileo TEST system via a TRIAL
USER ID, after that time please
contact us for an Activation Key.  If
you don't already have a User ID
for eTravel Gateway, we can issue you a trial User ID. For

Troubleshooting
 If
when you start eTGTerminal you see an error message like
this:
"Error 12157: Failed to open
Galileo service at etgateway.ttsltd.com"
- you may need to upgrade your version of Internet
Explorer. eTG
Terminal requires Microsoft
Internet Explorer Version 5.5 Service Pack 2 or above to be
installed on the same PC as the eTGTerminal.
To find out which version of Internet Explorer you have,
select 'About Internet Explorer' from the Help
menu in your browser. If you don't have an up to date
version of Internet Explorer, click the link below.
